What we discussed?
It’s been a year since we all had to adjust to the new reality of the pandemic world. Remote day-to-day work introduced in a vast majority of technology companies led to some significant changes in internal processes and in daily cooperation between development teams but also between companies and their clients.
The developers are the biggest assets, and if companies want them to stay (but also attract new people) developers need good reasons for that. The first step in doing this is fixing their daily grind and improving the Developer Experience.
During this CTO Roundtable, we talked about what CTOs of successful tech companies have already considered to prepare themselves for the future of the software development and the tech industry? Do developers really want to come back to the office? What are the thoughts of Swapfiets’ CTO over an efficient hybrid model of working from home and the office?
