What’s our
goal?

The global pandemic changed a lot in frontend and software development in general, now we need the data to discover how developers adapted.

After the success of the report’s first edition, we couldn’t just drop the subject. 4500+ frontend developers around the world shared their opinions and predicted future trends. Well, the future is now, and again we’re asking for your support.

Our main goal still stands: we want to hear as many voices of the frontend people as possible. Too much happened over the last two years, and we want to talk about it. So every completed survey is a contribution to the entire community.

How the day-to-day of a frontend developer looks like? Which solutions do you love, or want to learn? Are there any tools you hate but your employer demands them? Here’s your space to vent, recommend, and show off.

It’s time to reveal the real State of Frontend 2022.

The 2020 edition of State of Frontend was
the most popular frontend report in the world.

Future

Which technologies are dead, and which are the new rising star? What we should learn before it becomes the new standard? Let’s make some guesses together.
