Takamol Holding is a company from Saudi Arabia connecting the public sector with private enterprises. It aims to boost social development by supporting the startup community and its initiatives. In order to do that, Takamol needed a custom-made platform, serving as a hub for creative businesses. The Software House was invited to develop the system, in fact building a few different sub-platforms, including Kanaf (a.k.a. Access to Accelerator).

02 Solution
Kanaf is a platform that allows startups to apply for business accelerator programs and receive advice on putting their ideas into action. It’s a very useful tool for young talents and developing businesses. If the idea is good enough, startups will receive seed funding, office space, mentorship and coaching, access to investors and experts and necessary exposure.
Kanaf has been created by our PHP and Angular teams, along with the Product Desing team creating the responsive web design in accordance with UX/UI standards. Just for the purpose of this project, our team invented and implemented a custom open-source tool for translation management - Babelsheet. What’s more, it was one of the first projects where we were used the API Platform framework.

Kanaf turned out to be a successful startup hub. From the moment it went live, over 1000 businesses were incubated and released on the market. Takamol Holding receives a lot of satisfied comment from end-users who love the general experience and reliability of the platform. After successfully completing the project, The Software House became the main software developer for Takamol Holding and to this day we continue the fruitful collaboration.
