Torchlight Software needed to develop a hybrid event management system for iOS, Android, as well as web-based devices for the client – MindMint. MindMint were on a tight budget and lacked staff dedicated to this project, but still wanted to create a user-friendly solution without compromising the high-quality. Since Torchlight Software worked with us in the past and was happy with cooperation, The Software House was chosen as an outside vendor and technological partner.

02 Solution
The Software House built, tested, and deployed a hybrid mobile app for iOS and Android devices, as well as a similar web platform. MindMint is an event management system that helps inexperienced coordinators with handling the organisation process step-by-step. The app includes multiple features: timelines, lists of tasks and requirements, registration of participants along with payment, an interactive wizard to create the promotion website and event agenda, video guides, and more.
The entire visual layer for both mobile and web applications was created based on the Vue.js framework. This allowed to shorten the development time, share components between the mobile and web application, and maintain the appropriate level of application performance – especially important for mobile solutions.

The whole project took only nine months to research, plan, design and implement. The MindMint platform hasn’t been launched yet, but the client and test end-users were very pleased with the delivered project. Torchlight Software believes that “this will be a best-in-class application”.
